We start by waterproofing the under slab and/or foundation walls; we then install any air and vapor barriers on the exterior skin and follow with the installation of all roofing systems. Once the waterproofing process is complete, EDA’s personnel install any Aluminum Composite Metal Wall Panels, Insulated Wall Panels, Wood Veneer Panels, Corrugated Wall Panels, Phenolic Wall Panels, Zinc Wall Panels, Column Covers, and Louvers. All work is fabricated and installed by EDA’s own forces. Choose the “EDA Envelope” and eliminate the coordination of multiple awards, schedule delays, and the investigation of any water infiltration issues. The “EDA Envelope” provides multiple self-performed aspects under the same quality control and accountability of one company.

In order to ensure a water tight envelope, these air and vapor barriers must be installed in cooperation with the exterior skin contractors.
