The Comcast Tower required an enormous amount of plaza waterproofing to protect the interior space below. EDA was contracted to install the garden waterproofing as a compliment to the foundation waterproofing. The seamless transition between the foundation waterproofing and the horizontal waterproofing allowed for a leak free envelope.

EDA was selected to install under slab and blind-side waterproofing for this luxurious new condominium development. The installation of this waterproofing required extensive logistic challenges including the tight areas and depth of this foundation hole. The finished product will protect the fully automated state of the art parking system.

EDA was trusted to be the waterproofing installer for the installation of the under slab waterproofing and the foundation waterproofing. With the ability to install all aspects of the waterproofing envelope, the two waterproofing systems were installed with no problems. In addition, EDA’s envelope was extended to include all air & vapor barriers and thru wall flashing.
